Would you be willing to help to accommodate Czech theater actor in between 3 - 9 December 2001?
The Society is asking members and friends if they could help to accommodate some theater actors from Prague's Miloco Theater Co. in between 3 and 9 December 2001.
We need to accommodate about 10 people from the theater group for the duration of their tour in Dublin.

Concert - The Crawford Trio
Concert will take place at The Royal Dublin Society Concert Hall, Ballsbridge on Monday, 8 October 2001 at 8 pm.

This will be the second recital i the RDS Autumn Season and will Feature works by two major Czech composers B. Martinu and B. Smetana and by Beethoven. The Czech works are the piano Trio No. 2 by Bohuslav Martinu and the monumental Trio in g minor by Bedrich Smetana.
Public admission is £5, payable at the door.

There are free tickets for the festival and an invitation to a reception with Slovak Film delegation as a reward for the help. The Skampa Quartet are performing in the Gate Theatre in Dublin on Sunday 16 September 2001 at 8PM. The Skampa Quartet were founded in 1989 and have performed in major cultural centres worldwide. Jablkon, the famous Czech band is now touring Ireland. Last night, Monday July 23rd, they completed a performance at the Galway Arts Festival. All members of the Society are encouraged to see the band at one of their venues this week. Legendary Czech Band Tours Ireland
